After an overwhelming response to the Private sessions with Amrei and Resh in January, for the month of March, Resh will begin opening up one slot per week (Wednesday 12pm) to offer one on one sessions dedicated to guiding you into a tension free, healing practice of the original Bikram Hot Yoga series.
Additional times can of course be arranged upon request and more fixed time slots will be opened as demand increases.
What to expect:
- an initial chat, where we get to figure out any vulnerabilities or sources of tension in your body, posture and your practice.
- a breakdown of how we can release the sources of tension to make your practice a delicious and joyful experience.
- a closer look at the postures that cause you tension, and unlock tips and tricks to allow you to move into and through the posture at the sweet spot of effort and ease.
During your private session you will be given "homework" and tips that you can practice at home as well & the opportunity to follow up with Resh.
This practice is designed to create space, and not tension in your body, with some tweaks, and tips, Resh will provide you tools to using strength and stability and alignment suited to your body to create the delicious stretch and ease that your body is most likely craving.

CHATURANGA TUNE UP

Join Emily for an exclusive workshop dedicated to tuning up and grounding down one of the foundational transitions in Vinyasa Yoga: Chaturanga Dandasana!
Whether youre a beginner looking to build a solid foundation or an experienced practitioner lookig to refining your technique, this workshop is designed for you!
What to expect:
- In depth guidance. Learn the anatomy & alignnment principles of Chaturanga to prevent injuries and to enhance your practice.
- Discover techniques & drills to build the strength necessary for a stable and effective transition.
Chaturanga Dandasana is so much more than just a transition, it is a gateway to deeper strength and awareness in your practice.
This workshop will help you cultivate a deeper understanding and appreciation for this powerful transition, setting the groundwork for growth, deep stability and strength in your yoga journey.

Join Mats in a powerful workshop building on the basics that Emily builds and dive deeper still into Intermediate Vinyasa Techniques.
Mats will unpack and open up the techniques and tricks to move you into a deeper understanding of inversions, arm balances and other intermediate level postures.
Mats will get you through a warm up sequence before breaking down and exploring postures and movement principles.

YIN YOGA WITH ACCUPUNCTURE/PRESSURE FOR RELAXATION

An immersive experience for the senses that incorporates acupuncture, acupressure as well as aromatherapy and instrumentals to calm you with a gentle guided yin sequence

What to expect:
- Learn about the key acupressure points in your body and how to access them yourself by our resident acupuncture and pressure expert Vivi.
You will also receive a worksheet that you can take home to use later.
- Be guided by Emily into restorative yin asanas that allow you to target and experience the deep activation of the acupressure points that you have just learned about.
- Be guided further still by Emily, into deep meditation with a specifically placed acupuncture needle in your body by Vivi.
...and last but not least, have your relaxation and state of bliss sealed with acupressure application of natural aromatherapy facial oils by Vivi

Back by overwhelming demand, Bikram Yoga Oslo is SO PROUD to announce the return of Amrei Marden for a 2hr Interactive Workshop.
Amreis gift is to see and understand students, their bodies and their pain points & what might be possible for each and every body.
Her 24 years of experience is matched only by her humility & humor making her classes not only accessible and fun!
Due to time constraints from previous events, we will be splitting the workshop into 2 sessions and you choose to join one or both!
The workshop will be covering the standing series on the 18th of June, and the Floor series on the 19th of June and during these sessions you will have the opportunity to not only learn about how to move into and through postures but how to move in a way that brings your body ease and stability.
